Bodice has scoop neckline with short, dolman sleeves and tacked in, mid weight shoulder pads which can be removed if desired. Dress has defined yoked waist with elastic smocking back, straight skirt AND two hip pockets. Center back zipper closure.

MATERIAL: 100% Rayon. Fabric does not stretch.
