TLE Studio’s, Francesca for Damon, dress debuted in the New York City Opera of Dolores Claiborne and simple green, silk blouse was featured on Sarah Jessica Parker for HBO’s Divorce. Other customers have included Morgan Pilcher (Fashion Director  of Matches Fashion), Lilly Wendel (Head Designer for Ulla Johnson), and costume designer, Meredith Markwork-Pollack.

It all began in the 70s at the Orange County Flea Market - long before it was filled with “As Seen On TV” and mass produced  products. It was a weekend ritual, going “Ju Ja” - a phrase coined by my moms friends which meant up at sunrise, brush your teeth and out the door…no showering, make up or getting ready allowed…true picker style. Hours were spent scanning the aisles for more wicker baskets for my mom to collage on the living room wall and lunch included corn dogs from my favorite food truck. It taught me how to barter and developed my eye for sourcing unique vintage clothing and homewares at a young age. Enter my teen years when I would scour the vintage stores of the Orange Circle for whatever I could incorporate into my club wear. I learned to  master the art of  mixing of high and low by sourcing uncommon vintage items that still looked current. It was the thrill of the hunt then and 40 years later, it’s still thrills me and I am grateful I get to share it with you. As I say…{vintage taste modern flavor}
