Vintage 80s, NWT, black shift dress. Dress has blouson bodice with cross over mock neck and slight dolman sleeves. Elastic waistband with button up front long midi skirt and two hip pockets. Dress has tacked in shoulder pads which can be removed if desired.

MATERIAL: 100% Acrylic. Fabric does stretch slightly.
