Vintage 70s, two piece, black floral sun dress that can be worn short or long. Top portion has elasticized bust and waistband with spaghetti strap shoulders and three tiers of flowy, floral print. Under skirt has high, elastic waist with flowy, floral large hem. One mini dress, one maxi dress all in one!

MATERIAL: 100% Polyester. Fabric does stretch.
