Late 60s/early 70s, navy blue silk, red and white polka dot handmade shirt waist dress. Bow neckline with pleated chest shoulder detail, long sleeves and pleated midi skirt. Gorgeous, cuffed wrists with coordinating belt, center back zipper closure and fully lined. This dress is in amazing condition and flawlessly made.
