Vintage 80s, NWT, Ellen Tracy, baggy, navy blue wool trousers. High waisted with belt looped waist, pleated front and two hip pockets. Trousers have baggy, loose silhouette with tapered and cuffed ankle. Totally 80s, but completely modern.
