Vintage 80s, black, yellow and white floral blouse with sheer puff sleeves, button up front, and ribbed knit wrists and waist. Two gathered panels fall from shoulder seams which tie in the front underneath bust. Bodice is lined with medium weight, tacked in shoulder pads which can be removed if desired.

MATERIAL: 100% Polyester. Fabric does not stretch except for rib at wrists and waist.
