Vintage 80s, NWT oversized, lavender blouse or dress depending on your aesthetic :) Dress has large sailor collar with eyelet embroidered, yoke chest and big, gathered, full sleeves. Button up the front with slits at side seams in trapeze silhouette. So many options with this one...wear as a dress, bike shorts or cigarette pants.
